Learn MoreSpinal Decompression
Spinal decompression therapy is a non-invasive treatment aimed at relieving pressure on the spine and its surrounding structures, such as discs, nerves and muscles. A specialized machine gently stretches the spine to reduce disc herniation, ease nerve compression and promote oxygen and nutrient flow to damaged areas. It addresses lower back pain, pinched nerves, sciatica, radiating arm or leg pain, neck pain, damaged or degenerative discs, spinal stenosis and post-operative complications of the lumbar and cervical spine. The full program pairs the decompression itself with exercise and adjunctive therapies including heat, muscle stimulation, ultrasound and cold therapy.
Learn MoreDry Needling
Dry needling is a therapeutic technique used to treat muscle pain and dysfunction. Thin, sterile needles are inserted into specific points within the muscles, known as trigger points, which are often the source of pain and discomfort, causing tightness, soreness and reduced range of motion. It is used for back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and headaches. Releasing that tightness and improving blood flow, alongside chiropractic adjustment, addresses both the muscular and skeletal components of pain and dysfunction.
Learn MoreAthlete Care
Chiropractic care for sports injuries combines adjustive procedures, physical therapy and soft tissue massage to address the nervous, skeletal, muscular and ligamentous systems. It treats loss of motion and flexibility, headaches related to sports participation, tendonitis and joint pain, and the injuries that follow quick starts and stops, explosive movement, collisions and unusual body postures. Correcting nerve interference caused by joint misalignment increases blood flow, supports immune function and restores proper motor pattern firing, which is why this care works best before an injury rather than after one.
